What is Sunmudo?

 It is a mix of Zen meditation and Buddhist martial arts.  The teachings at the 1,500 year old Golgulsa Temple located in southern Korea, can be both relaxing and rejuvenating. I have found two two links to show you what Sunmudo is all about. Please enjoy.
