Pop Culture At It's Best
With the rise of diabetes in both adults and children it may be time to look at what we are putting into our bodies. Even though food labels say sugar free or no calories, it doesn't mean that it is good for you. I have noticed over the years that these sugary products from the bakery, candy isles, cereals, and drinks may not be full of calories......but they are full of "fake" stuff like aspartame.
