John McCain just said that Ukraine does not have this capability But Russia does. And that they Russia were responsible for the shooting down of another plane on Monday.

Separatists are now at the sight and will not let anyone near the crash sight. They have found the black box. So this investigation will be hampered. This needs to be an independent investigation.
